QUALIFICATIONS
Alan brings many years of real estate management, investment, renovation and sales experience with condominium, multi-family and single family homes to his full-time practice. A former clinical social worker & Children?s Museum director, Alan offers buyers and sellers excellent communication and negotiation skills, is uniquely sensitive to the impact of moving on families, and works hard to minimize the disruption. Active in his marketplace through schools and government, Alan?s knowledge of local issues and resources is dependable and current. Alan?s interests and skills in using technology ensure clients up-to-the minute knowledge and marketing techniques. He has won every major Hunneman award available for his sales achievements, and he is an historic homes specialist, Selectman appointee to the Brookline Preservation Commission, and trainer for Coldwell Banker Realtor continuing education program.
